Hey Mat. Lord knows you've been covered up the last few years. I am just curious if you still think the old forum content might be recovered one day? Weren't there some members that volunteered to help you with it? There was a treasure trove of goodness there. Thanks

Unfortunately, VPI cannot even handle their own in-house customer service issues. I can almost guarantee that VPI misses the old forum where both existing and potential customers could receive service, setup, product, optimization etc., issues answered, thus allowing VPI to focus on production. I know of many dealers who directed customers to the “old” forum to get info. The Facebook group is just okay, but you cannot trust the info received because everyone feels the need to give their opinion as fact…but many of the “answers” contradict other “answers”. No one ever gets called out for posting incorrect info.
Based on his actions, he obviously does not care. My opinion of VPI has changed as a result.
