Ordered an air purifier from Clarifion and was looking forward to trying it out, but when I opened the box, the device had a visible crack along the side. It looks like it might’ve been damaged during shipping. Wondering if they replace items quickly or if I should expect a long return process.

The box looked fine when it showed up, but once I unwrapped the Clarifion purifier, there was a long split down the side of the unit. It hadn’t been used yet, so I assumed the damage happened in transit. I checked https://clarifion-com.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html for similar stories before doing anything. A few people mentioned they got quick replacements after sending in a photo of the damage. I did the same, and support responded within a day. They shipped out a new unit right away, no hassle, which honestly surprised me in a good way.
