Forum Message Format

Would like to get some opinions on the forum's message format.

Currently, messages appear in chronological order with the exception that if you post a response to a specific forum sub comment, that response appears within the body of the thread and not in chronological order. Personally, I find it very hard to follow threads that have multiple sub responses to specific posts within the same thread.

The old form format had post in chronological order BUT if you posted a response to a specific sub post, that response would copy the target post in which you are responding and then post it chronological order. Similar to Audiogon and other forums.
